To recruit and provide mentors represented from Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), health majors or health careers to all program participants in order to increase their academic performance, interests and exposure to STEM or medical fields.

The Mentoring Program’s desired outcome is that all program graduates will enroll in college as STEM or allied health majors and will meet or exceed the targeted school districts’ overall enrollment in STEM or allied health majors. Support services such as academic advisement and tutoring will enable each student to make progress in the appropriate curriculum.
